In my nearly three decades of navigating the corporate landscape within software, consultancy, and leadership, I've gained a deep understanding of the intricate challenges that arise in the ever-evolving tech industry. The transformations, transitions, and lightning-fast pace of technology – they've all been part of my journey, often testing the limits of my resilience.

As I reflect on my path, I can't help but acknowledge the moments when I yearned for more self-reflection, a deeper focus on my strengths, and the courage to be proactive in my career direction. I'll confess, there were times when fear held me back from asking for what I truly wanted. But today, I embrace those discomforting moments, for they propelled me beyond my comfort zone, where I found my most profound growth.

Throughout my career, I've discovered immense joy in guiding my peers and nurturing the next generation of tech professionals. It's a passion that ignited a dream within me – the dream of becoming a coach.

Now, I proudly hold the title of an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am also an IPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Coach (ELI Practitioner). This journey towards these credentials has been a transformative one, and it's a journey that continues to shape my personal growth.
