In these sessions we will focus on some (based on your own personal requirements) of the following topics

• Understand your uniqueness and who you are at your core

• Your Kushi leadership values and purpose

• Visualise and brainstorm about your future

• How to maximise your team strengths

After each session we will create an action plan/follow up steps to help you get closer to your Leadership goals.

Leadership Transformation Group Coaching

Developing and growing your leadership style takes time, experience, self reflection, awareness and coaching. Join one of our coaching circles where there will be a small group of leaders (maximum 5) going through a step by step program especially developed to empower you to thrive and flourish as the leader you are. 

This 12 week program includes 3 individual coaching sessions to ensure you gain maximum results. As a result of this program you will:
